Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are seeking a detail-driven Transcribers to support a market research project at this award-winning facility, a leading hub for qualitative research, focus groups, and client studies. You will need your own laptop.
Role:
*Transcribe in real time from focus groups into accurate written transcripts
*Ensure verbatim accuracy, capturing tone, nuance, and speaker contributions
*Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, and clarity
*Clearly identify multiple speakers within group discussions
*Format transcripts in line with client or project requirements
You:
*Previous experience in transcription (ideally within market research or focus groups)
*Excellent listening skills with the ability to interpret varied accents and group dialogue
*Fast, accurate typing with strong attention to detail
*High standard of written English (grammar & punctuation)
