Our client is a well-established, highly regarded independent estate agency in Burgess Hill who are looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to strengthen their successful sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a target driven individual looking to build a rewarding career within the property industry.
Key Responsibilities
*Register and qualify prospective buyers.
*Arrange and conduct property viewings.
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
*Manage sales progression from offer agreed through to completion.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
*Generate new business opportunities and support branch growth.
*Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in estate agency (essential)
*A confident, professional, and positive attitude.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Local knowledge of Burgess Hill and surrounding areas (beneficial)
