Contracts Administrator Needed
*Pay: £22 ph
*Monday- Friday 8.30am-17.00pm
*Temp contract until Jan 2027
*Docklands, London

We are seeking a dedicated Contracts Administrator to join our Business Support team. This role is pivotal in managing the administrative coordination and compilation of retail customer supply contracts. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for field-based business managers and various internal groups such as Credit, Legal, Distribution, and Pricing.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Compile contracts and manage site activity administration.
*Create and maintain customer master data in SAP, ensuring alignment with company audit and compliance guidelines.
*Produce ad hoc reports on various aspects of the contracts using SAP, databases, and reporting tools.
*Review monetary contributions in contracts and handle invoicing and investment forms in accordance with audit procedures and compliance guidelines.
*Engage in ad hoc project work involving Terminals, IT, Distribution, and Accounting processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*A degree is preferred.
*Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of Contracts Management, including legal experience relating to contractual clauses and practices.
*Excellent information systems skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft Packages and at least 2 years of experience in SAP.
*Ability to manage information from multiple areas and work with diverse partners (both internal and external) to coordinate activities.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage issues from customers, Area Sales Managers, and third parties.
*Skilled in data manipulation and financial analysis of deals, including contributions and rebates.
*Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
