The Opportunity
A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit a Licensed Conveyancer (2+ PQE) to join its successful Residential Conveyancing team in Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a progressive firm that combines a strong local reputation with a modern approach to legal services. The firm has invested heavily in technology, enabling its lawyers to work efficiently while maintaining an exceptional level of client service.

You’ll be joining a welcoming and supportive team, managing your own varied caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment.
The Role
You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership matters
*Right to Buy transactions
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction
*Delivering an excellent client experience from instruction through to completion
About You
You will ideally have:
*At least 2 years’ PQE as a Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent residential conveyancing experience)
*Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
*Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail
*A desire to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team
