£25,000 basic + uncapped commission
Our client is a growing, market-leading business expanding its Harrogate team and looking for ambitious, target-driven individuals to join their commercial function.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and generating new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
*Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
*Identify opportunities and qualify leads
*Book appointments for the wider commercial team
*Manage activity through the CRM system
*Build relationships with decision-makers
*Achieve and exceed performance targets
About You
*Experience in outbound sales, lead generation or appointment setting
*Confident communicator with a professional approach
*Motivated by targets and achieving results
*Organised, proactive and self-driven
*Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
