The Opportunity
An established Essex law firm is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (NQ+) to join its busy Residential Conveyancing department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, handling a broad range of residential property matters while continuing to develop under experienced colleagues.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*New build transactions
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
*Supporting clients throughout the transaction from instruction to completion
*Building strong relationships with clients and referrers
*Working closely with support staff to ensure an efficient client experience
*Contributing positively to the continued growth of the department
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (NQ+)
*Solid residential conveyancing experience gained during training or post-qualification
*Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for residential property law
