A "Good" Ofsted-rated secondary school in Salford is seeking a talented Design Technology Teacher with a specialism in Product Design to join their thriving department on a short-term supply basis. With a fantastic, supportive team and excellent facilities, this is a great opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, inspire creativity, and help students develop the skills they need for future careers in design, engineering, and beyond.
The role at a glance:
*Location: Salford
*Start date: September 20266
*Contract: Short-term supply (with potential to extend)
*Teaching: KS3-KS4 Design Technology (Product Design focus)
*Commitment: Full-time, 5 days per week
We’re looking for someone who can:
*Deliver dynamic, hands-on lessons in Product Design
*Foster creativity, innovation, and problem-solving in students
*Confidently manage the classroom and maintain high standards
*Hold QTS/QTLS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
