Experienced Sales Valuer looking to join a highly respected, customer-focused estate agency?
We’re recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a multi-award-winning independent estate agency with a strong reputation in the local market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional who values quality service over call statistics and wants to work closely with an experienced Director within a supportive, team-focused environment.
You’ll be primarily focused on valuing and listing within the mid to upper-end market, while also supporting the wider office where needed, contributing to sales progression and day-to-day operations.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
*Conduct and win market appraisals across the local area
*Provide expert pricing and marketing advice to vendors
*Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
*Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
*Proactively generate new business and increase market share
*Support sales progression and wider office operations when required
*Work closely with the Director and wider team to drive branch success
*Maintain a strong presence and reputation in the local property market
Sales Valuer Requirements
*Previous experience as a Sales Valuer or similar estate agency role
*Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
*Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by success
*Strong commercial awareness and sales focus
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Confident working independently and as part of a close-knit team
*High attention to detail with a commitment to excellent customer service
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
