We’re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a highly respected independent estate agency. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
*Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
*Handle maintenance enquiries from tenants via phone and email
*Liaise with landlords, providing regular updates and professional advice
*Coordinate contractors and arrange access for repairs, maintenance, and quotations
*Ensure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard
*Manage property compliance, including gas safety, electrical inspections, EPCs, smoke alarms, and other statutory requirements
*Maintain accurate records and update internal property management systems
*Review property inspection reports, check-outs, and deposit releases
*Support landlord payments and accounts administration where required
Property Manager Requirements
*Previous experience within residential lettings or property management
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
*Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach
*Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
*Confident using Microsoft Office and property management systems
*Full UK driving licence
