We’re recruiting for an ambitious Branch Manager to join a prominent and well-established independent estate agency in Barnhurst. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven property professional with a proven track record in winning instructions, leading successful teams, and driving business growth.
You’ll take full responsibility for the performance and profitability of the branch, while developing your team, delivering exceptional customer service, and growing market share within your local area.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
*Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch
*Drive business development and generate new property instructions
*Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into listings
*Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for vendors
*Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders
*Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
*Generate new business opportunities and maximise cross-selling
*Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
*Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
*Consistently achieve and exceed branch sales and profitability targets
Branch Manager Requirements
*Proven experience within estate agency, with a strong track record of winning instructions and driving sales
*Previous leadership or management experience within a branch environment
*Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*Commercially minded with the ability to grow market share and profitability
*Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated
*Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
*Professional approach with excellent organisational skills
*Full UK driving licence
