Full job descriptionEquifind are partnering with a global real estate firm looking to hire a Management Accountant into their London finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant seeking a broad, commercially focused role within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll gain exposure across financial reporting, business partnering, cash flow management, and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
*Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting
*Producing insightful financial analysis and management information to support business performance and investment decisions
*Partnering with asset management, property management, development and operational teams across the business
*Monitoring cash positions, preparing cash flow forecasts and managing funding requirements
*Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
*Preparing VAT returns and assisting with wider tax and compliance matters
*Coordinating year-end audits and acting as a key point of contact for external auditors and advisors
*Managing relationships with outsourced finance providers
*Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, controls and finance processes
*Supporting senior stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information to aid strategic decision-making
About You
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
*Ideally previous experience within a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant or similar role
*Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle or SAP
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Experience preparing management accounts, cash flow forecasts and financial reporting
*Multi-entity and multi-currency reporting is advantageous
*Available to start within the next four weeks are highly desirable.

*£65,000 - £70,000 salary with annual bonus
