Full job descriptionOur client, a well-established and growing business within the fashion and dressmaking industry, is looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their team in Gravesend.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion who is looking to develop their career in a varied role combining sales support, customer service and marketing. You’ll have the chance to work closely with the business, contributing to brand growth while helping shape future product ranges through customer feedback and market trends.
Key Responsibilities*Answer customer telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
*Respond to customer service and marketing emails.
*Monitor and manage the company’s social media platforms.
*Respond to customer enquiries across social media channels.
*Build relationships with influencers, PR contacts and brand ambassadors.
*Liaise with stockists and retail partners.
*Feed back sales performance, customer insights and product information to the Directors.
*Help identify opportunities for new products based on customer feedback and emerging fashion trends.
*Support the day-to-day sales and marketing activities of the business.
About YouThe successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience within sales, marketing, customer service or a similar role, or an equivalent qualification.
*A genuine passion for fashion and an interest in the dressmaking industry.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Confidence using social media platforms in a professional capacity.
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
*A creative mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas.
