About the RoleWe are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive school in Winsford. These roles offer the opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ educational journeys by supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom.
Key Responsibilities*Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
*Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
*Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and activities
*Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
*Provide support for pupils with additional needs where required
*Contribute to the overall wellbeing and safeguarding of all children
About You*Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
*A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
*Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous
