We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established business based in Solihull on an initial 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who can deliver accurate financial reporting and support key business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires someone who is available at short notice and able to interview immediately.

Key Responsibilities*Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
*Variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders
*Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes
*Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
*Partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight
*Balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of financial controls
*Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency
*Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies
Key Requirements*Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
*Part-qualified, fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
*Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
*Available to start immediately or at short notice
*Must be able to attend the Solihull office on a hybrid basis
