We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Support professional to join a premium automotive client based in Petersfield on a temporary basis (4–12 weeks).
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-end brand environment during a busy period, supporting customer engagement and sales administration activity.
The Role
You will play a key part in delivering a first-class customer experience, supporting customers who have expressed interest in test driving a new product.
Key responsibilities include:
Contacting customers via phone, email, and SMS to follow up on enquiries
Coordinating and scheduling test drive appointments
Meeting and greeting customers on arrival
Supporting the customer journey from enquiry through to reservation
Accurately entering and maintaining customer records within internal systems
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally
About You
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or call handling
Confident and professional communication skills
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry ability
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Well-presented and customer-focused, with a professional approach
Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
