Hours: 30 hours per week, term time + 2 INSET days
Are you an organised, professional and welcoming individual looking to play a key role in a busy school environment?
They are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join a dedicated and supportive team. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the school, where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents and students.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver a professional and friendly front-of-house service
*Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries
*Provide administrative support to the wider school team
*Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information
*Support day-to-day operations within a fast-paced office environment
About You
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
*Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
*Previous administrative or receptionist experience desirable (school experience advantageous but not essential)
