Full job descriptionReed Technology is working with a Glasgow based company, as they look to add an Android Developer to their team developing real-time communication apps and accessibility solutions that make a real difference for people worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications
*Build intuitive, user-facing features with a strong focus on UI/UX
*Integrate and consume RESTful APIs and external services
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and backend engineering
*Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development practices
Requirements:
*Strong experience in Android native development (Java / Kotlin)
*Experience building front-end/mobile user interfaces
*Experience integrating and working with APIs
*Good understanding of UX/UI principles
*Bonus: exposure to C# or Swift
