£14.50 - £15 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm
This is a temporary assignment for 2-4 weeks. To be considered for the role, you must be available immediately and for the duration of the assignment.
Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a temporary opportunity in Chelmsford? Are you confident in making payment calls and actioning overdue accounts? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
Duties:
*Calling banks, property companies, and financial institutions for payment.
*Utilising the credit control system daily to get a list of businesses who have overdue accounts and taking appropriate action.
*Completing 40 actions per day to ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts.
About you:
*Previous credit control experience is required to hit the ground running in this temporary role.
*A confident telephone manner is essential when dealing with clients and customers.
*IT literacy is an advantage as you will be working with our credit control system to manage accounts effectively.
