Remuneration: £30,000-£35,000 Basic £60,000-£65,000 OTE

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Kitchens will involve:
*Field sales role selling our clients manufactured range of kitchens
*Selling into predominantly independent retail showrooms
*Smaller element of dealing with builders merchants and regional housebuilders
*30-40% of your time account managing circa 30 trading accounts (with a turnover of approx. £1.2m)
*60-70% of your time focused on new business development, after 6 months you will be targeted to generate £100,000 of new business per month)
*On boarding 15-20 independent retail showrooms initially to achieve run rate target
*Typically 4 days a week on the road, remainder working from home
*Ideally 4-5 meaningful customer visits a day when on the road
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Kitchens with:
*Must come from the KBB market, ideally kitchens
*Contacts within independent retail showrooms
*Open to sales experience working for independent retail showrooms or field sales experience selling to independent retail showrooms
*New business hunter
*Resilient and relentless approach
*Thrives on winning new clients and driving revenue growth
*Driven and results-oriented
*Organised, methodical, good journey planner
*Well presented
