Description
*Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
*Produce insightful financial reporting, analysis and performance commentary.
*Partner with senior operational stakeholders to drive profitability and efficiency.
*Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes.
*Deliver robust financial controls and ensure reporting accuracy.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
*Build strong relationships across finance and operational teams.
*Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
*Previous experience within management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance.
*Manufacturing, retail or FMCG experience is advantageous but not essential.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into commercial insight.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Confident leading teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
*Advanced Excel skills.
