We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner with CACHE Level 2/3 qualifications to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about early childhood education and eager to contribute to the development of young children.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
*Plan and implement educational activities that promote the physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of children.
*Observe and assess children’s progress and prepare detailed reports.
*Maintain open lines of communication with parents and colleagues to ensure the well-being of children.
*Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures within the nursery setting.
*Assist with meal times and routine hygiene tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare and Education.
*Proven experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role.
*Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work well in a team and with a range of professionals.
*Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards working with children.
