About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Business Developer who brings deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and the ability to independently identify and convert new business opportunities. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and delivering tailored workspace solutions that exceed expectations.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Proactively generate and qualify leads within the office fitout market.
*Leverage your existing network to open doors and build long-term client relationships.
*Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
*Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
*Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client needs are met.
*Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking using Salesforce and Pipedrive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in business development within the office fitout or commercial interiors sector.
*Strong personal network and industry connections.
*Self-starter with a hunter mentality and excellent communication skills.
*Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sales.
*Proficiency in Salesforce and Pipedrive CRM platforms.
