We’re working with a growing Financial Planning Practice in Maidstone who are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a busy, varied administrative role supporting advisors and paraplanners — perfect for someone with a financial services background who knows their way around financial admin.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing and submitting new business applications end-to-end
• Preparing and submitting Letters of Authority (LOA) and chasing providers
• Obtaining valuations, policy information and client data from third parties
• Preparing templated suitability reports under advisor and paraplanner direction.
• Maintaining accurate client records on CRM systems
• Managing advisor diaries and preparing documentation for client reviews
• Processing servicing requests — fund switches, withdrawals, amendments
• Liaising with head office and third-party providers to resolve queries
• Supporting paraplanners with data gathering and file preparation
The Package:
• Salary: £40,000
• Annual Leave: 28 days
• Working Pattern: Monday–Thursday in the office, Friday working from home
