If you’re an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in business development, love winning new clients, and thrive on building long-term relationships, we’d love to hear from you. Experience within Education Recruitment is highly desirable, but we’re also keen to speak to high-performing recruiters from other sectors who are ready for a new challenge.

What you’ll be doing*Building and developing relationships with Further Education colleges and training providers.
*Winning new business through proactive business development.
*Managing the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy qualification through to placement.
*Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality education professionals.
*Growing existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
*Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
*Working towards and exceeding individual and team targets.
What we’re looking for*Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
*Previous Education Recruitment experience is highly desirable.
*A strong background in business development and sales.
*A track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
*Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
*A motivated, resilient and results-driven approach.
*Someone who wants to develop their career and earn well through performance.
