Ready to lead a growing business and make a real impact?
Freedom Outsourcing is looking for a commercially minded Business Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations, lead our UK and Philippines teams, strengthen client relationships, and help drive business growth.
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply manage processes, you’ll shape them. Working directly with the company directors, you’ll play a key role in how the business performs today and where it goes tomorrow.


What you’ll be doing

*Manage and oversee a small UK team alongside an offshore workforce in the Philippines.
*Oversee daily operations, ensuring teams, systems and workflows run efficiently.
*Lead weekly team meetings, driving accountability and performance.
*Build strong relationships with existing clients and act as their trusted point of contact.
*Support business development by engaging with prospective clients, preparing proposals and helping win new business.
*Maintain accurate tracking of client billing using Excel and Google Sheets
*Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and service delivery.
*Work closely with the directors to support business strategy and growth.


What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced manager who combines strong leadership with commercial awareness and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll have:
*Proven experience in a management or leadership role.
*Excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
*Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
*Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
*A commercial mindset with the confidence to support business growth.
*The ability to manage multiple priorities and lead high-performing teams.
Desirable (but not essential):
*Experience working with teams in the Philippines or similar offshore environments.
*Experience within outsourcing or service-based businesses.
