My client, an independent IFA firm in London, is seeking a career-driven Technical Paraplanner who wants more than just a back-office position. This opportunity is for someone looking for influence, visibility, and a genuine path to becoming an Adviser.
In this role, you will:
*Work closely with a Senior Adviser, shaping client strategies and playing a key role in helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals
*Sit in on client meetings and support client relationships
*Produce bespoke, high-quality technical suitability reports
*Conduct deep research and build recommendations
*Contribute to portfolio construction
*Run meaningful cashflow modelling
*Progress toward an Adviser role with full support
We are looking for candidates with:
*4–5+ years’ experience as a Technical Paraplanner
*Chartered status, or actively working towards it
*Ambition, proactivity, and readiness for the next step
Salary up to £70,000 plus excellent benefits and hybrid working in London.
