Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Controller in Middlesbrough, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient service operations across all customer requirements.
*Coordinating engineer schedules for planned maintenance, servicing and breakdowns
*Liaising with customers, engineers and suppliers to ensure work is completed efficiently
*Managing breakdowns, repairs and urgent service requests
*Monitoring job progress and keeping customers updated throughout the service process
*Maintaining accurate service records, job sheets and system updates
*Supporting site teams with service advice, updates and compliance requirements
*Assisting with invoicing, customer enquiries and general service administration
*Building strong relationships across the business, customers and supplier network
What we’re looking forTo succeed as a Service Controller in Middlesbrough, you’ll ideally have:
*Experience within Forklift, Plant Hire, powered access, HGV, crane, agricultural machinery or a similar service environment
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced service office
*Confident communication skills with customers, engineers and suppliers
*A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
*Good attention to detail when managing service processes
