About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy motorcycle dealership. You will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from booking through to completion of service and repair work.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage service, MOT, repair, and maintenance bookings
*Act as the main liaison between customers and workshop technicians
*Provide clear updates on vehicle progress and completion times
*Identify and communicate additional repair or service work
*Upsell relevant service, maintenance, and parts opportunities
*Process parts enquiries and place orders where required
*Ensure all job cards, records, and systems are accurately maintained
*Always deliver excellent customer service
*Work closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow
About You
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
*Confident working in a dealership or automotive environment
*Commercially aware with the ability to spot sales opportunities
*Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
*Passion for motorcycles (desirable but not essential)
