About the Role- QA AssistantWe are currently seeking a QA Assistant to support our Quality team on a 6-month contract within a regulated manufacturing environment.
This role focuses on the review of batch documentation to ensure products are manufactured and recorded in compliance with GMP and internal quality standards. It is a fast-paced, detail-driven position where you will work closely with Production and Quality teams to support timely batch release activities.
Key Responsibilities- QA Assistant*Review batch records and associated documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
*Check production records including cleaning logs, temperature reports, and test documentation
*Support batch release by ensuring all documentation meets required standards
*Work collaboratively with Production, Assembly, and Compounding teams to resolve discrepancies
*Escalate documentation issues and support deviation investigations where required
*Ensure compliance with GMP and company quality procedures
*Perform SAP transactions and maintain accurate system records
*Contribute to KPI tracking and continuous improvement activities
About You*Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
*Comfortable working in a busy production setting or regulated industry
*Basic IT skills (SAP experience desirable).
