We’re recruiting for an ambitious Associate Lettings Manager to join a prominent and well-established independent estate agency in Bognor Regis. Working alongside the Lettings Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing the lettings department, winning new instructions, and delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
The Role
As an Associate Lettings Manager, you will:
*Advise landlords on rental values, marketing strategies, and property presentation
*Conduct rental valuations and secure new lettings instructions
*Create engaging property listings with high-quality marketing content
*Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and local market activity
*Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and professional partners
*Work closely with the Lettings Manager to drive branch performance
*Support and motivate the team while promoting a positive, high-performing culture
*Stay up to date with local market trends and lettings legislation
*Help maximise branch profitability and market share
Associate Lettings Manager Requirements
*Previous experience within residential lettings
*Proven ability to convert valuations into new instructions and completed lets
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service
*Target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
*Positive, proactive, and commercially minded
*Full UK driving licence
