Full job descriptionProspero Teaching are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive School Administrator to work in a lovely Primary School based in Newcastle.


The role is full-time, Monday to Friday for the full Academic Year, from September 2026 to July 2027.


The role will involve working as a member of the Administration Team to answer the phone and deal with queries effectively from pupils and parents. In addition, you will be required to complete office-based Administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and consistent manner.


It is a very supportive and enjoyable environment for both pupils and staff.

The role will involve:
*Dealing with enquiries over the phone, via email and in person.
*Completing Administration tasks in a proactive, prompt and accurate manner.
*Working as part of the Administration team to complete tasks promptly.
*Working alongside Teachers and other members of staff on administration tasks
This role requires:
*An eye for detail
*An ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in an accurate manner
*An ability to prioritise tasks
*Strong communication skills with an ability to build positive relationships with parents, staff and pupils
*A strong work ethic and desire to contribute to the success of a team
