We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds
Worker to join our growing tree surgery team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes
pride in keeping sites clean, safe, and well organised.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting the tree surgery team on site
• Collecting and
removing branches, logs, and general green waste
• Raking leaves
and clearing debris from work areas
• Loading and unloading
materials and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working
environment
• Supporting ground level tasks as directed
Please note this is a ground based role. You will not be required to
carry out tree climbing or chainsaw work.
Requirements
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in
all weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to carry out
manual work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
•
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
