Full job descriptionMy client is looking for a technically proficient Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist, or Architect with strong Revit skills to work with them for 6 weeks. The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of a Commercial project producing high-quality drawing packages and coordinating information through the detailed design and construction phases.
Key Responsibilities*Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.
*Lead and contribute to the delivery of projects through RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design).
*Prepare coordinated construction information suitable for tender and construction.
*Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
*Ensure projects comply with current Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant British Standards.
*Resolve technical design challenges and develop practical, buildable solutions.
*Attend design team meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
*Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and technical coordination throughout project delivery.
Skills & ExperienceEssential*Strong proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce detailed technical information.
*Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 4.
*Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
*Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies.
*Strong coordination and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
