Location: Office based full time in Fleet (37.5 hours per week)

Duration: 3-6 months with potential extension

Salary: £15 - £16 per hour
I am working exclusively with a lovely client who is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Finance and admin support professional to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and data, while also playing a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing
*Processing purchase orders and ensuring everything is accurate and up to date
*Raising and managing customer invoices
*Supporting the wider finance team with invoicing tasks
*Using Excel and internal systems to maintain and analyse data
*Assisting with logistics-related administration (if you have experience, that’s a bonus!)
*Supporting account managers by taking on admin and finance tasks
*Checking and maintaining data accuracy across systems
*Communicating with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for
*Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
*A keen eye for detail and a naturally analytical approach
*Previous experience in finance, accounts, or bookkeeping
*Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
*Experience from logistics would be an advantage but not essential
