Overview
Working with the Director, I am looking to recruit an Accounts Manager to oversea a small accounts department, you should be competent with Management Accounts and Payroll.. Good Sage and Excel Skills are essential

You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring smooth operational processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities
*Overseeing the full day-to-day management of the Finance Department
*Leading financial planning, forecasting, and budget control
*Managing cash flow, banking, and financial risk
*Reviewing and improving financial processes and controls
*Overseeing payroll accuracy and statutory compliance
*Managing general ledger integrity, invoicing, and reconciliations
*Producing monthly management accounts and supporting month-end and year-end processes
*Preparing financial reports and insights for senior leadership
*Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements


Qualifications & Experience
*Strong proficiency in Sage (preferred) or other accounting software
*Advanced Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail
*AAT, ACCA, CIMA qualification or part-qualified or Qualified by Experience
*Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and maintain high standards of accuracy
