Contract: 3 Months Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (30 mins unpaid lunch)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join a well-established team working within the social housing sector across the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity offering a temp-to-perm pathway with a reputable organisation.
Key Responsibilities
*Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance within social housing properties
*Undertaking associated trade tasks as required
*Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
*Delivering excellent customer service while working in occupied properties
Essential Requirements
*NVQ Level 2 in Roofing (or equivalent)
*Asbestos Awareness Certificate
*Proven experience in social housing repairs
*Valid CSCS Card (relevant to trade)
*Ability to carry out multi-trade/associated tasks
*Full UK manual driving licence
*Must be based within or able to cover Nottingham / Derby / Leicester areas
Desirable Skills
*Abrasive Wheels Training
*PASMA Qualification
*Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
*Additional experience within social housing environments
