About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide targeted support to students inside and outside the classroom. You will play a key role in helping students access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
We’re Looking for a Dedicated Candidate to:
*Support students in lessons across a range of subjects
*Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
*Assist students with additional learning needs
*Help manage classroom behaviour and engagement
*Encourage students’ confidence, independence, and participation
*Collaborate with teaching staff to support student progress
Requirements:
*Previous experience working with young people (desirable)
*A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A genuine interest in education and supporting students
*An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
