Full job descriptionWe’re working with a modern, forward-thinking law firm who are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to come in and really make the role their own.

This is not just a "join and do the work" position, it’s a genuine opportunity to build and shape a department from the ground up, with full support from an ambitious and growing firm.

What you’ll be doing*Running and developing the Employment offering within the firm
*Handling a mix of respondent and claimant work
*Building your own pipeline and actively helping to win new work
*Developing client relationships and growing the department over time
What we’re looking for*An established Employment Solicitor (experience level flexible, but confident and capable)
*Someone proactive with a genuine "go out and win work" mindset
*Commercially aware and comfortable working with business clients
*Enthusiastic, driven and keen to progress
*Someone who enjoys autonomy and building something long-term
*A good cultural fit for a social, modern, team-focused firm
