Full job descriptionWe’re working with a well-established firm who are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing team.

This is a great role for someone who’s confident running their own caseload and enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment, while also supporting the Head of Branch with a mix of residential and commercial matters.

What you’ll be doing You’ll be handling a varied caseload from start to finish, including:

*Residential and commercial property transactions
*Managing files from instruction through to completion
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and documentation
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties
*Supporting the Head of Branch on conveyancing matters
*Spotting and resolving issues quickly to keep transactions moving
*Keeping files accurate, compliant and well-managed throughout
What we’re looking for*Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in conveyancing
*Experience across both residential and commercial property (ideal)
*Confident managing your own caseload independently
*Strong communication and client care skills
*Organised, proactive and able to work at pace
*Comfortable using case management systems
*A practical, problem-solving approach
