Full job descriptionWe’re working with a friendly and well-established firm in Gravesend who are looking for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already knows the Private Client world and enjoys being a key support to fee earners in a busy but supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing You’ll be right at the heart of the team, supporting with a mix of:

*Audio/copy typing and general secretarial support
*Managing files from opening through to closure
*Diary management and arranging appointments
*Speaking with clients and third parties in a professional, friendly way
*Handling correspondence, emails and general admin
*Supporting with billing and basic finance admin where needed
What we’re looking for*Solid experience as a Legal Secretary in Private Client
*Comfortable with Wills, Probate and LPAs
*Fast and accurate typing skills
*Organised, calm and able to juggle a busy workload
*Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with clients
*Someone reliable, proactive and happy to be part of a close-knit team
