Full job descriptionAt Walsh Solutions we’re looking for a skilled Air Conditioning & Gas Engineer to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be carrying out installations, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems and gas boiler installations , servicing and general plumbing work across mainly domestic settings. You’ll need strong technical knowledge, F-Gas and Gas safe certification and the ability to deliver work to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This is a hybrid role covering the Hertfordshire, Home Counties & North London.
A professional manner, clear communication, and excellent customer service are key, as you’ll be supporting clients with everything from new system installs to keeping existing equipment running at its best.

Duties
*Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units and systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
*Conduct regular inspections of air conditioning systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
*Install domestic gas boilers and heating systems.
*Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues effectively.
*Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
*Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of air conditioning systems during building projects.
*Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
Requirements
*Fully qualified Gas Safe registered engineer
*Fully qualified F- Gas registered engineer
*Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in air conditioning and heating installation and repair.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to read and understand schematics related to HVAC systems.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Up to date DBS check
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Ability to work independently, use initiative and manage workload effectively
