Are you a customer-focused communicator - Looking for a long-term temporary role where your enthusiasm and people skills can really make an impact?
We’re recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy customer operations team in Castleford. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine interest in sport and sporting products. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a positive experience at every interaction.
You’ll play a key role in supporting customers through phone, email and online channels—handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring each customer feels supported and valued. Your ability to stay calm under pressure, combined with your enthusiasm for sport, will help you connect with customers and represent the brand confidently.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Handling customer enquiries across phone, email and online channels
*Managing returns, refunds, orders and delivery queries
*Investigating and resolving complaints with empathy and professionalism
*Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
*Liaising with warehouse, logistics and operational teams
*Supporting promotions and peak trading periods
*Contributing to service improvements and overall team success
What We’re Looking For
*Previous customer service experience (contact centre, retail or e-commerce ideal)
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
*Good IT and CRM system knowledge
*A positive, team-oriented attitude
