Job Description:
Full job descriptionI am working with a Global company who are looking for a Customer Lifecycle and Loyalty specialist to join their team on a 12 month FTC. This is a great role where you will be reporting into the CRM manager and be responsible for developing and optimising the customer cycle strategy and loyalty programme to drive retention, engagement and long term customer lifetime value. This is a role that would suit someone who’s analytical and strategic with a passion for customer behaviour within luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and optimise the customer lifecycle strategy through onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
*Design and manage the loyalty and rewards programme, ensuring it drives measurable improvements in retention, purchase frequency, and customer lifetime value.
*Use customer insights and behavioural analysis generated across the CRM & Customer Marketing team to shape lifecycle journeys and loyalty engagement strategies.
*Develop lifecycle initiatives that strengthen engagement across key customer segments, including new customers, repeat purchasers, VIPs, and at-risk customers.
*Partner closely with the Lifecycle & Automation Executive to ensure lifecycle journeys and segmentation logic are effectively implemented across automated programmes.
*Collaborate with the CRM / Email Specialist to ensure lifecycle messaging is effectively delivered across email and push channels.
*Monitor lifecycle and loyalty programme performance, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.
*Produce regular reporting on lifecycle performance metrics including retention, repeat purchase, purchase frequency, and loyalty engagement.
*Identify opportunities for lifecycle testing and experimentation to optimise customer journeys and retention strategies.
What we need from you:
*Proven CRM experience, lifecycle marketing or loyalty strategy within Ecommerce
*Strong understand of lifecycles
*Automated lifecycle journey
*Strong stakeholder management skills and collaboration skills
*Klaviyo experience highly desirable
*Analytical mindset
This is a 12 month FTC with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH so you must have access to a car and a full UK drivers license.
