Our client is looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to become a key part of their expanding team at their Leeds office.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll be responsible for generating new business enquiries, engaging with professional introducers such as brokers and accountants, and guiding prospective customers through the sales process from initial enquiry through to successful account opening.
Working alongside an experienced commercial team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, build lasting relationships, and make a real impact on business growth.
Your Responsibilities
*Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and relationship building.
*Engage with brokers, accountants, and business advisers to develop referral partnerships.
*Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries.
*Qualify leads and identify suitable opportunities for the commercial team.
*Progress applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
*Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
*Monitor and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
*Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Experienced in internal sales, telesales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
Confident speaking with customers and making outbound calls.
Driven by targets and motivated by earning uncapped bonuses.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Skilled at building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
