Teaching Assistant - CorbyTradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in the Corby area.

Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate, or someone with transferable skills from youth work, care, coaching, or mentoring, we would love to hear from you.
The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support students both inside and outside the classroom to help them reach their full potential
*Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
*Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
*Assist pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs
*Help maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment
*Support the preparation of classroom resources and learning activities
*Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of students
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for individuals who:
*Have experience working with children or young people in any setting
*Are patient, caring, and committed to supporting student progress
*Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Are adaptable and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
*Have a genuine passion for education and child development
*Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one
