Salary: £39,000 – £45,000 per annum (£20–£25 per hour DOE)
Contract: Permanent PAYE Contract - Full-time
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Roofer (Site Lead) to join a growing business in Winsford, specialising in commercial roofing projects. This is a key position for someone confident managing sites and acting as the face of the business with clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver high-quality roofing work across commercial projects, including:
*Flat roofing systems (felt, GRP, EPDM)
*Slate and tile roofing where required
*Lead work, flashing, and repairs

*Take full ownership of site activity, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
*Act as the main client liaison on-site, building strong professional relationships
*Coordinate with contractors, site managers, and stakeholders
*Lead, mentor, and supervise junior roofers
*Maintain strict adherence to health & safety standards
*Support with planning, materials, and workflow management
Requirements
*Strong roofing background, ideally within commercial environments
*Experience leading jobs as a Site Lead / Senior Roofer
*Confident, professional client-facing communication skills
*Expertise in flat roofing systems
*Gold CSCS Skilled Worker Card
*Full UK driving licence
*High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
