We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Support Officer to join a welcoming and supportive educational setting in the Corby area.

Key Responsibilities:*Provide pastoral and behavioural support to students across the school.

*Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.

*Support attendance, engagement, and student wellbeing initiatives.

*Work closely with teachers and safeguarding teams to identify and address student needs.

*Deliver interventions and mentoring programmes to support personal development.

*Maintain accurate records and contribute to student support plans.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Experience working with children or young people in an educational, youth work, care, or support setting.

*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

*A calm, patient, and resilient approach.

*An understanding of safeguarding and student wellbeing.

*The ability to motivate and support students from a range of backgrounds.
