Hays are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor role for a leading international manufacturing business based in Middleton.

Your new role
Your new role will involve processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. You will liaise with internal departments to support smooth processes and obtain/manage freight quotes.

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need experience working in a fast-paced customer service role, a proactive working approach and a strong work ethic. Speaking a language is advantageous.
