Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full sales cycle—from enquiry through to delivery and aftercare.
You will play a key role in converting inbound leads into sales, providing expert advice to customers, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
*Respond to customer enquiries generated via social media, Google Ads, and referrals
*Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide tailored product advice
*Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders
*Prepare quotations, process orders, and clarify scope for production and delivery
*Coordinate with Production and Project teams to meet project timelines
*Liaise with Logistics to ensure deliveries meet customer expectations
*Manage customer concerns and complaints, resolving issues effectively and identifying improvements
*Maintain accurate records within the CRM system, ensuring all activity is logged
*Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns and business development initiatives
*Gather customer feedback and provide ongoing aftercare support
*Assist in resolving project challenges under the guidance of the Brand Director
