Are you due to qualify this year and looking to kick-start your career with one of the North East’s leading commercial law firms?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded Commercial Debt Recovery & Litigation team, consistently recognised by the Legal 500 for delivering exceptional client service.
The Role You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team, advising a broad range of commercial clients on complex debt recovery and commercial litigation matters. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all stages of the litigation process, including:
*Complex pre-action disputes
*Mediations and settlement negotiations
*Drafting court applications
*Managing defended claims
*Fast Track and Intermediate Track litigation
*Drafting witness statements and costs schedules
*Instructing Counsel
*Trial preparation

About You We’re keen to hear from candidates who:
*Are due to qualify as a Solicitor or have recently qualified
